This package is good for a FULL DAY Ski Lesson/Lift Ticket plus Lunch. Full Day Lessons are available for all skill levels from 9:30am to 3pm. Lunch is provided from ... a select menu, at one of the on-mountain restaurants. Additional food items available for purchase.
Since 1947, the Winter Park Ski & Ride School has offered the best lesson value for all skill levels. Join us for the 2011/2012 season as we celebrate our 65th season with a brand new lesson line up.
Ski Lesson Program Levels:
No need to select a ski ability level. Instructors will help you determine the correct level for your lesson when you arrive.
LEARN TO SKI:
First time skiers will explore the skills needed to stop and ride the chairlift with confidence.
CONTROL BY TURNING:
Focus is on building control and confidence using turns as the way to manage your speed. Learn new skills in Discovery Park and move to new terrain and lifts.
INTRO TO PARALLEL:
This level builds on existing skills to make your shaped skis perform even better, allowing you to finish turns with your skis parallel.
PERFECTING PARALLEL:
Improve your skills on changing terrain as you learn to maximize the use of your equipment. Move from blue terrain to blue/black terrain.
BUMPS & STEEPS:
Our coaches will focus on the tips and tactics that will bring you to the next level while skiing "North America's Best Bumps." Read more
Pick-up instructions
This lift/lesson package can be redeemed at Balcony House Group Ticketing Desk; open daily from 8am to 4pm. Balcony House is located at the base of Winter Park Resort. Package may also be redeemed at Winter Park Village Rentals which is located adjacent to Zephyr Mountain Lodge at the base of Winter Park Resort. Open daily from 8am to 9pm.
Liability release forms will be signed upon redemption. For any redemption issues please go to the Group Ticketing desk located inside the Balcony House; open daily from 8am to 4pm.
Voucher is redeemable for a FULL DAY adult lift/ski lesson and lunch ticket. Lunch is provided from a select menu, at one of the on-mountain restaurants. Additional food items available for purchase.
Ski Lesson Meeting Location: Adult Ski & Ride School lessons meet in front of the Arrow lift at 9:15am sharp! No need to select a ski ability level. Instructors will help you determine the correct level for your lesson when you arrive.
