You will redeem your Liftopia voucher for rentals/tickets at the Ski Hub in Banff, Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel Ski Desk, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Ski Desk, Banff Caribou Lodge Ski Desk, or the Inns of Banff Ski Desk.

Pick-up instructions
You MUST have a copy of your Liftopia voucher in order to receive your lift tickets. There are NO exceptions. You may pick up your lift tickets at any of the following locations:
a. The Ski Hub (119 Banff Avenue) - 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
b. Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel Ski Desk - 7:30-10:30 AM & 4:00-8:00 PM
c. Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Ski Desk - 7:30-10:30 AM & 4:00-8:00 PM
d. Banff Caribou Lodge Ski Desk - 7:30-10:30 AM & 4:00-8:00 PM Open 4 days a week: Wed, Fri, Sat & Sunday
