It’s Duluth, so we’re already off to a good start. On top of that, we turn about 65 million gallons of H2O into an amazing base of s-n-o-w. And that gives you one fo the longest seasons in the Midwest.

Spirit’s SoBe® Terrain Park is the largest in the Midwest, bar none, and it offers a super pipe, a rail ... park and all sorts of terrain-all built by boarders and freestyle skiers, for boarders and freestyle skiers.

A mile or more in the middle of the Midwest? It’s something you might not expect-just like the biggest view of the greatest Great Lake all the way down.

It’s not just a ski hill all alone in the middle of the Minnesota winter. It’s an entire city filled with lodging, dining events and activities-all geared for whatever winter can dish out.

Spirit Mountain Reviews & Tips (10)

Spirit is always a good time. The snow was perfect and the lifts ran smoothly. We love the long and more difficult runs, but Spirit has something for every ability. The lights of Duluth/Superior and the moon rising over the lake at night from the top of Spirit Mt is something to see. Can't wait to make the trip up from the Twin Cities again.

Got some fresh snow on the blue trails, we used main express lift, brings you to the highest point and then you have access to all trails pretty much. Timber Cruiser is a must to go! In general great wide trails for any level. I will plan to go again. Great resort.

Extremely helpful staff in rental office. Helped my kids out with gear as this was their first time snow boarding. Snowboard lessons reasonably priced. Snow as good as could be expected given warm conditions- it seems not even January is safe from global warming. Runs off of summit chair lift were great for beginners.

My husband and I went to Spirit for the first time last weekend...great snow! Perfect timing on our part:) The mountain was great for boosting our skill level, as the black diamonds really were not too challenging. We would like to bring our kids someday...good learner hills:) Getting great pricing helped too...via liftopia.

I was positively surprised of how long some runs are and would say Spirit Mountain has some of the longest runs in the Midwest. Also like to mention the detachable high speed quad chair, which gets you to the top in no time. I don't know of any other detachable high speed quad anywhere in the Midwest. The snow was mostly man made and in excellent condition. We will come back!

Ski'd Spirit Mountain last Friday 2/17. GREAT ski conditions, not too crowded, short lift lines, just a perfect day!

This was a HUGE savings for my family of 6! 2 adults and 4 kids. Bring a lunch-the food is expensive and just so-so. Also you can do the alpine slide for $4.00 a person with a lift ticket-that was so fun! kids loved it. Good ending to the day!

My wife Lisa was headed to ski so I found you on the google and it was great. We spread the word to others that were joining in for the day and all of them also purchased from your site and were very pleased as well! My Epic pass covers me pretty well but if I go somewhere else I will definitely check you out again.
