Due to its proximity to Washington, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, Wisp doesn't need to discount its lift ticket prices. Only the wealthy can afford to own or rent a place at Deep Creek Lake, so why should Wisp offer discounts?
I've had the opportunity to ski there on weekends, and it's always painfully crowded. And the runs are very short . . . top to bottom in less than five minutes. You spend so much more time waiting in lift lines than you do skiing. It's not worth the cost. The value just isn't there.

I don't think they really have many at Wisp. Wisp usually has a costco deal, but that's about it.

Every time I try to pull up a lift ticket deal for Wisp you never have one !! Would really like to see some lifts on this site
