Breckenridge is an extremely popular resort located in the largest historic district in Colorado. There are 2378 acres to explore at Breckenridge! Intermediate runs and cruisers come in clusters, especially around Peak 7 and Peak 9. Recently expanded Peak 8 takes you to extreme terrain you could previously only hike to. If you like bowls and chutes, this zone is... where you’ll want to go for most of your riding. Breckenridge also has 5 professionally maintained terrain parks, complete with halfpipes and superpipes. Through Vail Resorts ownership, Breckenridge has added a number of accommodations, including lots of ski-in/ski-out properties. Though the ski resort and town have transformed Breckenridge, it has kept its relaxed and casual atmosphere of days past. An old mining town, old Victorian houses can still be seen, and mine merchandise can still be found in local stores. If you are looking for night-life activities, you will have no trouble finding them with over 40 bars and pubs in the slope-side town. Overall, Breckenridge is a great place for both beginner, expert and intermediate skiers and snowboarders alike and the town offers a nice change of pace from the action packed slopes! Read more

Vicki, If you haven't already picked it up, Keystone has night skiing almost all season. Lots of accomodations; close to Dillon, CO; about a. 25 minute free bus ride from Breckenridge.

Highly recommend Ski Butlers in Breckenridge. Great service. Nothing is a problem for them. Will definitely use them again.

I used Liftopia to rent skis, boots and poles for my 3 year old. I went through Ski Butlers to get the gear and cannot recommend Ski Butlers highly enough. Not only were there prices less expensive than anywhere else I checked out, but they dropped off the equipment (and sized my son while they were dropping off the equipment) and also picked up the equipment. Plus, their times for drop-off and pick-up were flexible. On top of it, the people that I talked to at Ski Butlers were so nice. I cannot recommend Ski Butlers highly enough.

Jon - Try Craigslist.com in Denver or discount tickets from the place you are staying. Vickie - Heard Keystone has night skiing. Check their website. Good info on Facebook pages: Liftopia, Breckenridge Sports, Breckenridge Ski Resort. (These are the sites related to Break)

Liftopia didn't have tickets available for Breck, but the ski rental was through Ski Busters and they were fantastic. Most definitely will use Liftopia again. The price was great and the service - drop-off & pick-up right at our door, couldn't be better. We had 5 sets of skis, boots, and poles. They even brought extra sizes for our fittings. Ski Busters even told me to get the Liftopia discount, better than their online prices. As for skiing - we (ages 15, 17, 19, 44 & 44) loved Breckenridge & after a day at Vail, spent the next 3 days at Break. Never took advantage of Keystone or A-Basin. Went to Vail, but their green's were Break's blues/blacks. Got our tickets with the condo (none were avail at LT.) Stayed at Peak 9 Break Village, (VRBO.com) easy ski in/out, close to ski school for newbys, a block to shops in town. Next year, teens want to stay at Peak 7 lift, more adults and will take free shuttle (2 minutes) to town, for dinner. Town is cute, quaint, and Christmasy. Loved this area. Vail, nice to say we visited, but Break is the place to stay. Three other families from work are headed to Break in the next week.

I haven't seen any up here. Breck is like Vail I think, they just don't need to do it.
