Telluride Reviews & Tips (8)
At 63 I used to be advanced but now consider myself intermediate! My tip is that I skiied with my son-in-law, an advanced beginner, and both of us had a great time on the wide open, long, well-groomed (Spring skiing) slopes. I highly recommend Telluride for any level skier.

Telluride was a great ski destination that nobody knew about when I first visited in 1988. I went back for the last week of the season with the family in 2013 and was NOT disappointed. This is the BEST ski resort that most folks do not know about or talk about much. Great skiing for beginners to advanced skiiers. I would recommend it to anyone. Somone at the resort told us about Liftopia and it SAVED us a ton of $$$ on our lift tickets the last week. Telluride just tried using the service this last week of the season. $40 LIFT TICKETS APRIL 1 - 5TH. It was awesome!!! Thanks Liftopia and Telluride for a great week. TM

Bada$$mountain to ski. Lots of incredible backcountry available but not for the faint of heart. Lots of in bounds side country available to those willing to hike. Great mountain in general for advanced skiers as there is a LOT of steep available in bounds. Just gotta get the snow I didnt get the greatest conditions while I was there

Don't look (or pick you way down the mountain), just go and stay in control

I love this place! I would rather be at Telluride on my board or skis than anywhere else. Fantastic snow, great town.

Everyone I talk to says Telluride is the best skiing they've ever had - not only in the country, but in the Alps and BC.
I'm going for the first time this winter, and it should be great! Telluride the town is a really cool old town.
