Telluride Reviews & Tips (5)

The group I ski with decided to try Telluride in Feb of 2011 - we went for a week - stayed in Riverside Condos - could ski/traverse to the Oak Street lift - everything about this place is OUTSTANDING - from the mountain to the lodging options to the town and restaurants (both in town and on mountain). Our skill level ranged from novice to intermediate to expert and there was plenty of terrain for eveyone. We went back in 2012 and 2013 then went to Snowbird and Alta in 2014. We are going BACK TO TELLURIDE in 2015 as we can't get enough of this place. It takes a little bit of an effort to get there - we have to fly into Montrose and take a 90+ minute van ride to Telluride but it is SO worth it. Highly recommend!!!!

Telluride was a great ski destination that nobody knew about when I first visited in 1988. I went back for the last week of the season with the family in 2013 and was NOT disappointed. This is the BEST ski resort that most folks do not know about or talk about much. Great skiing for beginners to advanced skiiers. I would recommend it to anyone. Somone at the resort told us about Liftopia and it SAVED us a ton of $$$ on our lift tickets the last week. Telluride just tried using the service this last week of the season. $40 LIFT TICKETS APRIL 1 - 5TH. It was awesome!!! Thanks Liftopia and Telluride for a great week. TM

I love this place! I would rather be at Telluride on my board or skis than anywhere else. Fantastic snow, great town.

Everyone I talk to says Telluride is the best skiing they've ever had - not only in the country, but in the Alps and BC. I'm going for the first time this winter, and it should be great! Telluride the town is a really cool old town.
