Toggenburg Mountain is a ski resort close to Syracuse in New York, with 25 runs, 6 lifts on 85 acres of terrain. The land is split very well into easier, intermediate, and harder terrain. The easiest terrain goes straight up from the base in a long open face. To the right and very left of this green area are intermediate... slopes. To the very far left lies all the black diamonds. This separation gives a consistent feel to the mountain, with no run down at the bottom. There is also a terrain park and a separated learning area at the base. Toggenburg has child daycare, free wi-fi, ski and snowboard rental and school, and 3 on mountain dining experiences. Family owned and operated, Toggenburg has a nice atmosphere and an open base area branching off to the sides for some great skiing. Read more
