Woods valley has great natural and man-made snow ,glades,fun and challenging runs.And Only Forty minutes from East Utica ! What a relaxing restaurant and lodge-cozy on up to the fireplace...Skied there almost every season from 1970 to 2010-a very satisfied repeat customer..
Unfortunately there was one occasion in the 1990`s that I was given a great toboggan ride by the Professionally Trained Ski Patrol Members,after I caught an edge and landed incorrectly.Recovered from my shoulder injury ,and three weeks later I was Alpine skiing once again at Woods valley.
