Overview
Sandia Peak is nestled in the beautiful Cibola National Forest only 45 minutes from Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a ski area, Sandia has is a great place for families, with lessons, rentals, grooming, and slopeside dining. The terrain is mostly suited for beginners and intermediate skiers and riders, as 90% had this ability level. With one of the greatest views... on its Tramway, and so close to Albuquerque, Sandia Peak was voted the Best Place to take an out-of-town guest. Read more
