Finding out where one is suppose to turn in these vouchers took some time - it was very confusing...even after asking someone, who was checking in the racers - we were still confused!
Though, once we found the right location - they knew exactly what the voucher entailed - and the staff quickly got us taken care of.
Since this was our first visit - we were unfamiliar with the slopes and even after viewing the map - we were still confused.
The map faces the parking lot and luckily my friend saw it; otherwise, we would have been lost without the slope locations. Also, due to a snowmobile race - a number of the slopes were closed and we were unable to ski some easy to intermediate runs...so, the variety of skiing was limited.
The staff made up for all of the confusion - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful when we asked questions.
The dining area was warm and inviting and the waitress was a sheer delight. The food variety was good. Though, not sure, but we thought the water may have been well - that was something we were both not use to.
The lift operators were polite and helpful when some areas became icier throughout the day...though, I never did see any lift operators shovel some new snow on the icy areas - like I have seen at other ski resorts.
The newly fallen snow made our first trip to Treetops more enjoyable.
This is a good resort for new skiers and some fun jumps and some more challenging runs for advanced skiers for the Midwest area.
We stayed at a hotel about 4 - 5 miles away, which was considerably less in price and not that far. We would probably stay on site next time to enjoy the skiing throughout the day.
Thank you

Nice hill. Quite short, but well-designed with easy transition from one lift to the next and a nice variety of terrain, with a little woods trail. Well-groomed which was nice for the kids. It was a flat-light day so any slush or ice might have caused my kids to ski more cautiously. As it was my daughters had the confidence to ski faster than I have ever seen them before.
Very nice staff. My 9-year old son lost control of his hot chocolate and they were very nice about helping clean up and giving him a replacement at no-charge.
The facilities are in beautiful shape. The place is spotless in all three of the building we visited.
Unfortunately the ski shop is pretty pricey. Which isn't surprising, but still would take the fun out of some impulse shopping. Ski helmets (acknowledging that there are some subtle differences and volume discounts) that were in the $59-$79 range at MC Sports, and in the $79-$89 at Bill-n-Paul's, were more like $99 to $119 at Treetops. So I would make sure my kit was in order before heading there.

I love the terrain, interesting runs, short but fun. The restaurant at the top of the hill has great food.
