Titus Mountain Reviews & Tips (10)

I had a wonderful time at Titus! I took my bf's family there, 4 Colombians who have never skied or snowboarded ever. It's definitely a beginner mountain because the black diamonds were easier than any blue square I've skied elsewhere. That worked out in favor of the beginners because it gave them confidence and they didn't have to worry about going down a trail that was too hard. The glade trails were cool. Trails could be better marked. Some trail names were missing as I couldn't find them. All the staff was very nice.

I went to Titus during the day on a Wednesday. The place was practically empty (good!), but probably because of that they only had 3 chairlifts including the bunny hill open (terrible!!). So only 1 of the mountains was open. I was hoping for at least 2 of them open. Do yourself a favour and don't go on Wednesday, Thursday is college day so I assume busier and more things open.

The random closings of chair 8 makes the mountain very small. when it's open there is some decent skiing great beginner resort

This is a small very nicely groomed mountain. Good for beginners as some of the runs are pretty short. The night skiing is limited to one side of the mountain and the lighting is not that good, so I wouldn't recommend. Overall, nice experience.

Titus Mountain was fantastic for my young skiers to have fun and feel safe. Staff was also very friendly . Great place!

Titus offers a nice variety of short but fun runs. The grooming is excellent. The line ups are very short and often none existent. It's a great place to bring the family and learn to ski. The new owners have put a lot of money upgrading their main lodge. The only two drawbacks is that they seem to randomly close the 'Upper Mountain', which has the best runs of the center, and the seat cushions on the outdated chairs desperately need to be replaced.

Best to go in January and February. Milder weather of March makes this place an iffy choice for Canada March break skiers. Good selection of runs for a family ski trip. Only 2 hours from Ottawa or Montreal.

The runs are short, but they take good care of the hill and it is never crowded.

Great family hill...nice people and friendly staff. Not crowded. It is a terrific learning hill...but not a challenging hill for intermediate and above. If you are looking for a nice place to take the family or firends who want to learn and improve...this is a wonderful environment. The only negatives...the back runs are more like hard green...and lifts are slow. Conditions were outstanding.

Titus Mountain is a great family ski experience. Easy to get in, easy to park, the kids love it and it is affordable. I hear they made some great trail additions this summer and I can't wait to give them a try. I have seen the renovated lodge and it looks fantastic!
