Reviews & Tips (2)
This was a great resort. There seemed to be quite a few beginners on the mountain the days I went, but it never seemed too crowded. There are plenty of runs for all levels. The lift waits weren't too long.
The resort-owned hotel was okay. It seemed clean and had a bar, gift shop, and dining. No real complaints there.
The only real bad experience is the slope side dining. Lines were too long and the food wasn't very good. It was had to find a spot to sit inside. I will definitely pack a lunch next time.
Overall, this is the best place to snowboard in AZ. I will definitely be back.

It's so much better if you learn young! I started snowboarding when I was 4.
