Cascade Mountain Reviews & Tips (10)
For the Midwest, Cascade is and has always been a very nice ski area. The runs are groomed well, the people are nice and the area is tranquil. I have been to cascade over 20 times and always enjoyed it.

Great place to go and ride but avoid holiday weekends. It is much nicer to go when it's not so crowded!

Great place to ski and free for children. Plenty of runs from which to choose. Fast trip to the top, but watch out for pileups there, especially of inexperiened snowboarders and people putting on their snowboards. Friendly staff. Very expensive coffee in the restaurants.

I went skiing at both Devils Head and Cascade. Devil’s Head has longer runs and is less crowded. Cascade has much newer and safer lift equipment and operators, friendlier and more attentive staff, cleaner facilities, is better organized (lift lines, ticket windows, etc) and a much, much better value in terms of cost.

My first time at Cascade, we had 25 people from twin 3yr olds to advanced adults. Great time no complaints. Very organized chair lifts, kept the line moving. Staff was very accommodating. The best part was allowing us to bring coolers to feed our crowd. Made it easier to buy drinks at the bar. On line now to book future ski trips, thank again.

Great mountain for beginner-intermediate level. A bit icy since they had no real snow, but a fun place overall. Plus, their express lift is super fast!

Great mountain! If you want a variety of black runs, go to cindy pop- it's a lift right by the "far-out" green runs, has like 5 or 6 black diamonds and closes at 4:30 along with the runs

It was a great resort and the slopes were very nice. No improvements as far as I could tell.
