Granite Peak is a ski resort by Wausau, central Wisconsin with 74 trails, 8 ski lifts and 300 acres of skiable land. Five terrain parks, extended mogul areas, groomed cruisers, gladed areas and expert runs are all in Granite Peak. Granite Peak has 30% easy, 35% intermediate, and 35% advanced terrain. Areas are almost exclusively made up of one difficulty... level. Night skiing, snowmaking, snow lessons, equipment rental, slopeside dining and lodging are all offered on the hill.
