Reviews & Tips (2)
Great little mountain for the family with a really good day care for the kids. Lessons go on twice a day with a Discovery ticket. The staff are all really friendly, even the youngster lift-ops. Small lodge with a bar upstairs and a live band (sometimes).
The mountain has some fun trails, but are not really long at all. Great place to get into snowboarding or skiing. The terrain park is pretty cool, but you can go to Big Boulder for more variety, as your ticket works for both places without an extra charge. The trails are pretty straight forward, the diamonds do have some steeps drops. Too bad it's just over so quickly.
Ski patrol and staff are all over the place monitoring conditions. Gotta really give it to them; doesn't take them long at all to get to someone in distress.
No high-speed quads here, just your normal quads and doubles. Good enough for a hill this size. The lines do get a little long on the weekends, especially on the lifts serving the easier trails.
I've been here 10 times this season and I really enjoy it. It's great for those solo missions when no one else wants to ride.
