Beaver Mountain Reviews & Tips (4)

Lift tickets are now $48, but still good compared to many other resorts. Been going to the Beav since lift tickets were $18 (found a cancelled check not long ago from 1994 was it? Great place to ski.

Please stay away from this resort. I want the freshies! It has the best snow in the state. No wind and powder waist deep. If you are looking for the best ski day you have ever had in Utah you should check the Beav!

Great place to ski and snowboard. Variety of terrain. Fun jumps and rails in terrain parks. Great Utah snow. The new and longer Little Beaver lift now offers a bit of challenging terrain in addition to easy runs (it's the only lift open during night skiing - which is generally booked privately but sometimes open to the public; you have to call). Often there is a promotion around Christmastime and I just called and found out that tomorrow, 12/20/2013, at the ski office and online ( they will be selling the adult all-day all-area lift pass vouchers for the discounted price of $40 (down from $45)! Some of those will be among our Christmas gifts this year!

The Beav is one of Utah's best kept little secrets. One of those places where powder seems to 'linger' and stay fresh, it is not uncommon to get fresh tracks all day long. Never super crowded. Best priccing in the state. Great, family-friendly, ego-resistent, mellow atmosphere makes it easy to have a good time. 2 terrain parks. Wide variety of runs for all skill levels.Easy to see why it's a local favorite!
