Bromley Mountain is a medium sized ski resort in Vermont. It boasts 1,300 feet vertical and has 10 lifts servicing 45 trails. Its fast quad chairlift gets you to the top of the mountain in around 6 minutes, and at the summit you will find a number of blues and black diamonds (turn left for blues, right for blacks). If... advanced courses are more your thing, there is a lift that specifically services this area. There are also a couple different lifts that take you to different levels of the mountain if you do not want to go to the very top. Five ski lifts take you to the easier areas, including 2 to the “Learning Zone.” Bromley sets itself apart by being family friendly, having varied terrain, one simple, centrally located lodge, and being conveniently located. Reviews & Tips (6)

After a recent snowfall in southern Vermont (on 1/13), we had an easy time teaching our 3 kids the joys of cruising down powdery, beginner slopes. The beginner runs were long, beautiful, and wide open on a Monday holiday! The kids felt like rock stars at the end of the day, and can't wait to ski again. The layout of the lodge and lifts was also perfect for a young family. It was easy to stay together or split up for a little adult time. The staff and clientele were great, it's an attitude-free zone here. We can't wait to go back, except for the long drive from Boston area.

Terrain park was good, wish there were jumps, but good rails and soft snow. What else could you need. Cant wait to come back!

First time snowboarding after years of skiing. Instructor spent plenty of time with my group. Snow conditions not great. New beginner area is great. Be sure to ask questions!

If you go to the half way quad, and just lap that you can hit some of the best terrain at Bromley and avoid waiting in such big lines, but if you really want great terrain and no lines go to Magic Mountain just ten minutes away.

Bromley is great with kids! All the trails end up at the Base Lodge so no one gets lost! Nice terrain for the kids as well as some decent steep and glades for more advanced skiers.
