Mount Snow had lots of trails open and LOTS of fun things happening on St. Pattie's Day weekend! Fun people and the Bluebird Express lift was aweseome-fast, comfortable, and quiet....I recommend making a weekend of it though to get 2 ski days in and stay locally as there are many places within minutes of the Mountain. We stayed at the Inn at Sawmill Farm on Crosstown Rd. and it was fantastic!!! Highly recommended!!!

Bluebird Express was a nice lift but I prefer gondolas! Due to lack of snow there wasn't much change in terrain - even on black diamond runs. My husband and I arrived on March 10th and found the manmade snow to be ok but a lot of trails were super icy. Compared to the other mountains we've been to this year, I would say Mt Snow lacks in lift/trail signage and the ski/boarding etiquette. People will plow you right over and not think twice about it – people also pulled off the trails in the worst locations causing you to stop dead in your tracks (on far less than perfect conditions this is dangerous!) Not cool! We decided that our second day of skiing/boarding was going to involve their terrain park (Corinthia)…this MUST be the draw to this mountain. The park is incredible. Overall, unless I’m feeling the need for a terrain park I don’t think we’ll be back to Mt Snow. The whole environment lacked FUN and thrills…it was just an “ok” couple days. For short trips from MA – I’ll see you at Loon!

Can't say enough good things about the Bluebird Express and am telling all my skier friends to not miss it. Liftopia is a big help. I spread the word to my son, niece and nephew and they all just tried it. Thanks, we needed that.

When its busy (and not too cold), ski the North Face. Nice trails and no lift lines!

great mountain, great skiing. wish they would open more lifts during the week, especially Sundance. I couldn't find a trail map anywhere. Finally found one in the base lodge, over by the cafeteria. why not put them by the doors, or at the ticket window?

Love Mt. Snow, learned to ski there about 12 years ago and enjoy going back every year. Particularly like their snow guarantee. If you don't like the conditions, show-up at guest services before 10:00 am, tell them you're not happy and they'll give you a voucher to be used anythime within a year; nice touch! This was also my frst time using liftopia, saved about $75 on a 3 day pass, I'll be back!

I enjoyed Mt Snow very much. I got a great ticket deal for Feb 29, 2012. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The indoor features ( restaurants, restrooms, ski/snowboard shops ) were very clean and inviting. The runs are so well laid out. I have been snowboarding since the boards were made out of plywood. Mt. Snow is top on my list from this season on.

Great mountain. Free bag check in lodge. Grumpy male bartender balanced by good food. Take your own helmet; $12 a day rental made me laugh out loud. The new Bubble Lift is awesome: 6 people at a time with a wind guard. Nice upgrade. We've been going to SN for abot 6 years.

Hello Skiers, Not boarders who scrape away the good snow like Big infintile uncoordinated windshield wipers. I digress. Lots of snow at Snow. Dont be scared away by the lack of the Natural stuff. Bluebird lift was packed in the AM but were able to almost ski right on in the PM. Snow seems like materialistic-capitalist playpen but thats the way of the world now I guess.

Friendly staff, no wait for lifts. Had the mountain to ourselves on Monday. Considering the winter they've had, the slope conditions were good. Loved, loved the bubble lift. Liftopia prices saved us a few bucks too.

My tip is dont go to the mountain! If you decide to go whatever u do try not deal with guest services! If you do have to deal with guest services avoid Alex the asian fellow! He was extremely disrespectful and not curteous to me as a customer. On the other hand Liftopia ROCKS! They made up for the poor experience I had with guest services! Cant wait to give them my business again!

Loved it! Parking and lodge locations are not very intuitive from the street, but easy enough to get to the right place. Staff was friendly, lines were non-existant, and trails were a blast! Uncles was absolutely my favorite. Some of the runs were not open because of the winter we've had so far, but they made enough snow to make the day well worth the trip. Had first tracks on some runs. Can't wait to go back!

We love Mount Snow! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful this trip- I used the repair shop and was pleasantly surprised by their help. Also I had to use the help of the mountain staff to locate my son and he was reunited with me within 10 minutes. They were very helpful and supportive and definitely competent. All the people running the lifts were also very friendly. I would definitely come again.

went last week - good deal on the ticket and Blue Bird chair is super smooth, clean and "bubbly" - but due to lack of natural snow the cross trails/glades that connect the more vertical trails were closed :( - so basically skied the same few trails all day. Cuzzin's pub has nice atmosphere and views of the hill, reasonably priced beer on tap...

The Blue bird lift is so wonderful. Having the blue bubble to block the wind just makes skiing more fun! No more freezing on the lifts! You can stay out longer and enjoy the slopes. This was the best improvement ever. Congratulations Mount Snow, for knowing what skiers want and delivering!

Can never go wrong with the north face. Absolutely never has a line for the lift, even presidents weekend. They leave usually half or more of the trails ungroomed, and Ripcord (the only double diamond) is one of the steepest headwalls in the east. Many of the single diamond trails on the north face, if placed at other mountains would be considered double diamonds.

Free bag check rocks. New chair lift coming with a wind shield. Move with the sun. Last 2 weekend were most righteous. East coast skiing is definitely west coast skiing. Skinny long sticks with killer edges as opposed to wide and rockered super long.

Overall decent mountain for intermediate skiers, north side is a good challenge... icy this time of year unless you have a warm day. Great Snowboard park! Pretty mellow place in the Spring.

Went up mid-week end of season and had the place just about to ourselves (brother and son). Amazed that so late in the season that most of the trails were open. We did two days worth of skiing in one day- Awesome

It was so crowded. I hope that along with the additional lift capacity next year, that Mount Snow also adds some additional runs. Otherwise its just going to be even more of a mob.

What an amazing mountain! Came up with a bunch of friends for St. Patty's Day and enjoyed the ticket price and slopes. PERFECT Spring riding conditions! The lifts were crowded, but it was to be expected with the holiday. Highlight of the trip was Carinthia. In all my years of snowboarding, I have never come across such a nice terrain park. A whole mountain dedicated to parks?! INSANE! I will definitely be returning to hit up all the goodness Mt. Snow has to offer!

Great place to ski, except Saturdays - too many bus/tours. The trails, slopes, snow making & grooming are fantastic. The staff are 1st rate, always helpful and you can't beat the FREE bag check area. Good pizza, burittos & beer in the base lodge. Been coming here for 25 years+ ...

Had great time! My 8 yr old son conquered Olympic (Black Diamond Run) and loved it. Conditions were good for spring skiing. Can't wait for the new bubble chair. I like the fact that boarders have their own mountain area to play on. Makes family skiing more relaxing and safe... See you there next year!!!!!

It rained/iced the 2 days we rode there, but we had the park to ourselves. Nicely maintained and it held up to the crappy weather. Love it there, relaxing and still challenging. I go every year at least once - from NY.

Mt' hit by freak ice storm the other day and only 3 lifts and about 6 trails open. Very limiting. Management should have comped patrons with some sort of voucher, nothing big but acknowledging how poor a product they offered that day. Would have made a nice impression. Thanks.

I love this mountain. I learned to snowboard here and the instructors were super helpful and very patient. There's many different trails on different parts of the mountain that you can try depending on your skill level. The North Face is great for Advanced, while the Main Face provides a number of blues and greens with varying difficulties. Also, Carinthia - a snowboard park - is perfect for those that want to pull a few tricks.

I agreethat there are many out of controll skiiers and snowboarders at Mt. Snow, but if you take the time to learn the mountain, you will find uncrowded slopes. Perfect for family skiing trips. The entire mountain is skiable for almost every level.

Great Mountain if you love to ride glades and powder but there are a lot better places in VT to go for groomed trails. Not too difficult of a mountain so good place for beginners. Overall not a bad place but wouldn't go back.

Will not go back to this mountain. Out of control is an understatement for how people ski here. This area (and many others in VT) are no longer New England mountains but suburbs of NYC.

This is one awesome place. Been going since I was 4, I'm 14 now. It has great family time, and with all the snowmaking, relatively fast service, it's worth it. Best place eVeR~

i will never go back to this mountian, there are way to many little kids that should be watched by there parents that have no manors and think they can do whatever they like. i rather drive the extra couple hours to go to jay peak or sugarloaf.

This resort is amazing with its wide open cruisers and generous amount of blue terrain. Fear not Advanced skiers the North Face should combat any steep slope withdrawals. Regardless it's a great family mountain and keeps getting better with regard to snowmaking since the ownership changed two seasons ago. Hope you give it a chance
