and amenities of the Quechee Development. In May of 1974, the construction of The Clubhouse was finished. This core facility encompasses a multipurpose banquet room and an attractive Grille Room. Also located at this facility: an indoor lap pool, outdoor swimming pool, squash court, health club complete with cardiovascular and circuit training equipment, sauna and locker rooms. The Golf Shop occupies the west end of The Clubhouse and commands sweeping views of the courses. The administrative offices of QLLA are also located in The Clubhouse. The Base Lodge, Tennis Pavilion and Murphy Farm round out the association’s buildings. Quechee Lakes Landowners have, through their Association, developed Vermont’s finest four season community. Everything you want for your vacation - be it spring, summer, fall or winter - can be found at Quechee Lakes.
