We had a great time. Terrific snow conditions - they could not have been better. The lodge has a very attractive European style. The view of the Mississippi and rolling hills are beautiful! We enjoyed seeing and hearing the trains go up and down both sides of the river. Galena is near by and fun to visit. This will be a trip we remember our whole life.

Make some snow at Nite, stop being soooooo cheeeeaaaappp !
IT really sucks to go all the way there and find solid ice groomed on the mountain because you are too cheap to make some fresh powder at nite.

Best terrain within 250 miles of chicago. Great ski school.The home af great skiers and those that wish to become great.
