  The Winter hiking ticket is only valid on the following facilities as a hiker:

  Arosa: cable car Arosa-Weisshorn 1st and 2nd section, chairlift Brüggerhorn, cable car Kulm, cable car Hörnli-Express, aerial tramway Urdenbahn

  Lenzerheide: chairlifts Tgantieni, Scalottas, Pedra Grossa; gondolas Rothorn 1 + 2, chairlift Heimberg, chairlifts Motta, Urdenfürggli; panoramic cable car Heidbüel

  This deal is valid for the chosen time period and amount of days. Multiday passes have to be used on consecutive days.

  This ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another person or another date, even for a fee. You always save at least 6% when booking online; even for same day booking.

  Especially at the beginning of the season some or all hiking trails can be closed. Please check before buying if the trails and lifts are open: https://arosalenzerheide.swiss/winter/operating-hours

  It might be cheaper to buy an Arosa Lenzerheide ski ticket in case of an early purchase.

  Pandemic insurance: If days cannot be used because the entire ski area had to be closed due to official orders, the days affected will be refunded.

• Pick-up Instructions

  If you have provided your KeyCard or SwissPass number, the ticket will automatically be transferred to your card when passing the first gate. Simply take your card to the ski lift and enjoy the mountain! If you do not own a KeyCard/SwissPass or if it says "KeyCard required" on your booking confirmation, please pick up your ticket at a ticket kiosk or at one of the official Arosa or Lenzerheide cash desks (no redemption at Hotel Prätschli Arosa). You can get a KeyCard for CHF 5.00 deposit during ticket pick-up.
