About Arosa Lenzerheide 21 Day Lift Tickets
Details
Period of validity: 21 Days
Scope: Valid for all mountain railways in Arosa Lenzerheide
Valid for: Skier, snowboarder as well as winter hiker and pedestrians (in case the transport is allowed on the facility)
Multi-day tickets are valid for consecutive days, beginning the date selected. The ticket is date specific and cannot be refunded or exchanged; not even by paying an extra fee.
Pandemic insurance: If the days cannot be used to an official order to close the whole ski area we will reimburse the affected days.
With the booking confirmation of this ticket (sent by mail) you can use public transport (Post bus, 2nd class Rhaetian Railway) between Arosa – Chur – Lenzerheide while practicing winter sports (directly getting there and departure). Other journeys are not included except as published on arosalenzerheide.swiss/oev. In case of a control you must be able to show the booking confirmation as well as an official ID with photo.

Pick-up Instructions
If you have provided your KeyCard number, the ticket will automatically be transferred to your card when passing the first gate. Simply take your card to the ski lift and enjoy the mountain! If you do not own a KeyCard or if it says "KeyCard required" on your booking confirmation, please pick up your ticket at the skiing area or at one of the official Arosa or Lenzerheide cash desks (no redemption at Hotel Prätschli Arosa). You can get a KeyCard for CHF 5.00 deposit during ticket pick-up. Alternatively you can pick up your ticket using your SKIDATA redemption code at a ticket kiosk.
