Pandemic refund: If you cannot use the tickets that you have already paid for due to official orders (including necessary quarantine on return home) or medical certificates regarding Covid19, unused ski days will be refunded.

Please check if your first day of skiing is correct. For multi-day tickets, your first day of skiing is usually the day after your arrival in Rauris.

This deal is valid for 2 days in the skiing area of Rauriser Hochalmbahnen. Multi-day tickets are valid for consecutive days, beginning the date selected. The ticket is date specific and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Pick-up Instructions

If you have provided your Keycard number, the ticket will automatically be transferred to your card when passing the first gate - just go straight through the gate and up the mountain! If you do not own a Keycard or if it says “Needs Card” on your booking confirmation, you can pick up the your ticket at Rauriser Hochalmbahnen. Bring your mobile device or a printout of the email with the Axess redemption code to the pickup location on the order arrival date.
