Pick-up Instructions
If you have provided your Keycard number, the ticket will automatically be transferred to your card when passing the first gate - just go straight through the gate and up the mountain! If you do not own a Keycard or if it says “Needs Card” on your booking confirmation, you can pick up your ticket at the skipass desk selected during purchase. Bring your mobile device or a printout of this page to the pickup location (Télécabine du Roc d'Orsay or Télécabine Diablerets express in Villars in order to pick up your Keycard) on the order arrival date. You will be asked a proof of age for children, senior and youth skipasses.
