All applicants must be familiar with the Skiers Responsibility Code and MI Ski Area Safety Board General Rules. A listing of these rules is posted inside the main lodge in the Ticket Sales area and other places throughout the ski area. Copies may be obtained
by asking at Ticket Sales. $50 fee prior to start of ski season for Pass transfer. $25 fee for replacement of lost pass. Season Passes are for personal use only and can not be shared. Reselling, exchanging, or lending of either lift ticket or passes will result in loss of membership without refund. Your Season Pass must be presented for a lift ticket each time you visit. In the absence of your Pass, we reserve the right to charge a $5 acquisition fee and/or charge the current lift ticket rate.
All Season Passes purchased are non-refundable. If Swiss Valley is unable to open at all due to COVID - 19, or any other reason, all pass monies paid will be applied to the 2021/2022 Ski Season. However, once we open and start operating, we will not be giving refunds in the event of a government-mandated shutdown, or any other reason. We are taking the risk and bearing the considerable expense of getting open and making the snow upfront to prepare for the season. We understand that in order to take advantage of our best pricing options, you will also be taking the risk of purchasing a Season Pass in advance. If you are uncomfortable with this, we recommend waiting and purchasing daily lift tickets.
Please note that skiing and snowboarding is a healthy, outdoor activity with built-in social distancing, and that we plan to do everything possible to get open and stay open for the 2020/2021 Ski Season.
Another affordable more flexible option is one of our Punch Passes. Both the Twilight Ten and Big Ten Passes offer a significant discount and can be shared with Family and Friends.
