All Punch Passes purchased are non-refundable. If Swiss Valley is unable to open at all due to COVID - 19, or any other reason, all pass monies paid will be applied to the 2021/2022 Ski Season. However, once we open and start operating, we will not be giving refunds in the event of a government-mandated shutdown, or any other reason. We are taking the risk and bearing the considerable expense of getting open and making the snow upfront to prepare for the season. We understand that in order to take advantage of our best pricing options, you will also be taking the risk of purchasing a Season Pass in advance. If you are uncomfortable with this, we recommend waiting and purchasing daily lift tickets.
Please note that skiing and snowboarding is a healthy, outdoor activity with built-in social distancing, and that we plan to do everything possible to get open and stay open for the 2020/2021 Ski Season.
