This Family Pass is valid for skiing or snowboarding every day of the 2022/2023 winter season.
You must select at least 1 Adult or 1 Senior and 1 other ticket type in order to purchase this family pass. All family members must reside at the same address.
Note: Free for children 13 & under residing in Bas Saguenay. Children 13 & under residing in the villages of Petit-Saguenay, L'Anse-Saint-Jean, Rivière-Éternité and St-Félix d'Otis are entitled to their alpine and cross-country ski season passes free of charge. IMPORTANT: To qualify for the free Bas-Saguenay 13 & Under Season Pass, please send a proof of residence to info@montedouard.com. Cross-country, downhill skiing, and snowboard equipment is also offered free of charge to children in Bas Saguenay! Contact Boutique Hors-Circuits for more information.

Pick-up Instructions
You can collect your ticket or ski pass during the station's ticket office opening hours.
You must present a proof of your purchase to our attendant, either directly from your mobile phone screen or by presenting a printed copy.
The attendant will ask you to provide a photo ID card and the credit card you made your purchase with.
