    The Tram Ride ticket is valid for one upwards ride and one downwards ride on the Tram.

    Scenic Tram operating hours are 9am – 3.00pm.

    The Snowbird Scenic Tram Ride lifts guest to Hidden Peak at 11,000 ft. "The Summit" restaurant at the top of the tram will be open daily during the summer and winter EXCEPT for a few dates when it will be closed for a private function. (Please check snowbird.com for full details.) Views are spectacular in all directions from the top and during the ascent. Ride time is approximately 8 minutes. In winter season, tram services are approximately every eight minutes, during operating hours (below). In summer season tram, service leaves the Snowbird Center and Hidden Peak every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Guests are welcome to spend as long on the peak as desired, and for active guest, a 3 1/2 mile hike back to the base is available. In summer season, the Tram Ride ticket is valid for one upwards ride and one downwards ride on either the Tram or the Peruvian Chairlift. A loop can be made by ascending on the Tram, hiking about 1/4 mile (easy trail) to the top of the Peruvian Chairlift, where guests can check out the skier's tunnel and the 19th century mining history displays, before descending to the base on the chairlift. CHILDREN UNDER 42" TALL MAY NOT USE PERUVIAN CHAIRLIFT IN EITHER DIRECTION. Please bring good footwear, sunscreen and a jacket or sweater - it can be breezy and cool on top! Restrooms and food service are available at The Summit.

    This ticket is NOT valid for Skiing/Snowboarding or Mountain Biking.

    Your ticket order may be picked up from the main Ticket Office at Snowbird next to the Tram. Please have photo ID with you.

Snowbird is the most accessible world-renowned four season mountain resort in North America: only 29 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport, with over 600 daily non-stop flights from most major U.S. cities. Snowbird is located in the heart of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Little Cottonwood Canyon, one mile down canyon from Alta. With 85 runs over 2,500 acres of terrain, it has one Aerial Tram, 10 chairlifts including five high-speed detachable quads and five doubles (most with arm and leg rests), and two conveyer lifts. Elevation: Top of resort is 11,000-foot Hidden Peak, lowest point on the mountain is bottom of Baby Thunder chairlift at 7,760 feet.
