Mont Blanc Reviews & Tips (6)

Great family mountain.

Great skiing. Small crowds due to location about 1/2 hour after Saint-Sauveur et. al. and ~20 min. before Mt. Tremblant. A little bigger than Saint-Sauveur (which isn't saying much), but due to the small crowds, snow tends to last. Snow usually well groomed; some icy spots develop over the course of the day, but nothing unusual in the East. If you are an advanced skier, or advanced intermediate, recommend to ski the North side; always less crowded and mostly for advanced skiers only. Staff can be a little rude at times, from the chair lift assistants to a few instructors acting like they own the place. There is a difference between giving instructions, and ordering people around in a somewhat forceful manner. Happened not only to me, but noticed it frequently with other people. Nothing extreme, but something to keep in mind. Will email administration about that to be fair. Won't stop me from going there again in the future.

Nice mountain. Good snow and good glades. Runs for everyone including experts. I ski here at least once a year even if I have a pass at Tremblant. Great family hill and you never have to wait in line for the lifts.

Mont Blanc is a great family hill. Much cheaper then Mont Tremblant and less busy. We had no wait times at the lifts. All around good experience"

Recommend- Mont Blanc Nord is restricted to strong intermediates and experts. (the signage at the access runs indicates this) Good pitches and less skied-out. Can do many up-and-downs as the lift is high speed. Opens later and closes earlier as you have to access this area via the middle mountain.
