Ski Butternut is a small resort in Massachusetts (US) with 12 lifts, 5 of which are somewhat long chair lifts. Ski Butternut sells itself as Berkshire’s most affordable mountain, which seems to be true from Monday to Friday, where for low fee you can gain full access to all the lifts. It covers 1000 ft of vertical, which is a fair amount for a 110-acre ski area. Ski Butternut has most of the usual amenities, such as tubing, terrain parks, childcare, skiing and snowboarding school, racing school and wifi. There does not appear to be a lot of dining choices, but both lodging and dining are fairly close to the resort.
